This service is perfect for getting your pets up and moving! Maybe some playtime in your home or backyard, or a shorter walk and some fresh air. This visit also allows plenty of time for feeding, freshening water, medications, litter box scooping and treat time.

This is also a perfect choice for check-in visits and pets that don't need extensive exercise.

Although I do not consider myself a trainer, nor do I have any official degree in this field, I do have considerable experience and success in helping clients and their pups/adult pups walk better on a leash, which is safer for them — and you!

Whether training new pups or new adult pups, their focus for learning usually ranges between 10-20 minutes, depending on the pup.

30-minute leash walking is just enough time to establish new skills while also giving fun breaks to enhance the total experience.

Consistency and positive reinforcement is key when learning new behaviors.

Scheduling some consistent visits with me each week and/or taking suggestions and pointers to continue on your own will increase your chances for a good outcome! Just remember — consistency is key and ultimately your dedication to this challenge will be what provides the most success for you and your pups!

  • $40

This service is great for puppies, pets with special needs, senior pets or any pet that needs a little more exercise, time, or attention. 60 minutes is great for full walks or maybe splitting the time up to take care of additional needs.

Also great for high energy pets that may need some extensive playtime or changing up their routine with some agility games that I can set up right in your own backyard!

  • $55 -75

This service is perfect for the outdoorsy pet or maybe a pet that is longing for a new adventure!

    Hiking Option A: 1.5 - 2 hours $55

    Hiking option B: 2.5 - 3 hours $75

Approximately 30 minutes of travel time to and from hike included in cost, but may vary depending on the hike!

We will explore trails based on your pup's ability and general fitness and I will safely transport your pet to and from the trails.

Hikes will offer forested trails, parks and meadow trails with lots of new smells, hills, streams, rivers, lakes or some type of water for splashing in when appropriate.

I guarantee your pet will have the time of their life, and by the time we get back to the truck they'll be sleeping all the way home!

  • $85

Your peace of mind is a NewLife priority.

TRUST

Trust is essential for pet owners who leave their cherished pets in the care of others. It is important for you to know that the care plan we agree upon will be completed exactly the way you want it to be — all while ensuring your pet is happy, loved and secure. Knowing all of your wishes are being carried out by someone you can trust and having complete peace of mind is something that is extremely important to me.

Open communication in any situation, favorable or otherwise, means always being honest and open with my clients. You can rest assured that if your pet is with me, I will be in constant communication with you through text, videos and pictures (as much or as little as you like!)

SAFETY

Keeping your pet safe is not only my responsibility — it is my number one priority!

I have studied situational scenarios and along with completing the Pet-Tech certification in CPR and First Aid courses, I have a great knowledge base and resources to use if ever needed to keep your pet safe and secure.

It is always my goal to never need it, but accidents do happen and wouldn't it be nice to know the person caring for your pet is capable of knowing what to do in intense and scary situations?

Loving a client’s pet and keeping them safe at all times is a number one priority!

KNOWLEDGE

I am constantly reading and furthering my education on different dog breeds; I have also gained knowledge about the specific health conditions, diseases and ailments (seasonally or otherwise) each breed is prone to.

I have done extensive research into different breed characteristics, pet body language and ways of communication. I am always studying behavior and training, so that I may gain the best understanding of pet behaviors and how to handle any situation.

A love of learning continues to keep me up-to-date on the latest health and wellness issues so that I can keep your furry ones safe and healthy!

Potty breaks, hugs, kisses, and medication administration:

If you work long hours your pet might need a potty break, walk, or playtime. Maybe your pet is senior and would love some company and lots of hugs, pets and kisses or maybe medication administration during the day when you can’t be there.

Your pets can stay in the comfort of their own home!

Don’t stress your pet out by taking them to a boarding facility or daycare. Your pet is going to be stressed and sad already when their family is away for the weekend, out of town for work or on a mini- or extended vacation. Letting them stay in the comfort of their own home will definitely help to make them more comfortable and less likely to experience feelings of abandonment.

Afternoon hike, cool swims in a lake:

Maybe you want to treat your pet to an afternoon hike for half a day, a couple of hours enjoying nature or possibly a cool swim at a lake or river.

Relax together, guilt-free after a tough day at work!

Maybe your job is so stressful that all you want to do is come home and cozy up on the couch, decompress and relax together with your pet, guilt-free because they have already had a wonderful day.

Basic leash training:

Need a little help with some basic leash training? Sometimes pets that have never walked on a leash before have issues with pulling, yanking or dragging you down the street. Don’t give up — get some help! I can help your pet and give you some pointers and suggestions so you can both enjoy your time on a walk together.

Customized pet care

My business offers customized pet care so I’m more than willing to work with a client to figure out the best care plan to fit the needs of your pets. Your plan will be fully customized so you and your pet will both be happy.
